A comprehensive position management is available to record details pertaining to a specific position such as employment equity groupings, details relating to the purpose of the job and most importantly the minimum requirements for the position such as skills, qualifications and objectives or tasks. The objectives and tasks are then pulled through to an employee's performance appraisal and he/she is measured against these objectives. Based on this information a formal job specification can be pulled from the system at any stage.
